1️⃣ Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
• Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• To cancel, customers must contact us via call / WhatsApp on our official number.
• Full refund will be issued for prepaid orders cancelled within this window.
2️⃣ Late Cancellation (After Dispatch)
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed due to the perishable nature of fruits.
• No refund will be provided for orders cancelled after dispatch.
3️⃣ Same-Day & Express Orders
• Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• No refund for same-day or express deliveries.
4️⃣ Subscription Orders (Weekly / Monthly)
• Subscription plans can be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice before the next scheduled delivery.
• Already dispatched or prepared orders will be charged fully.
• Any balance amount will be adjusted in future deliveries or refunded within 5–7 working days.
5️⃣ Bulk / Corporate Orders
• Bulk orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• If cancelled 24 hours before delivery, up to 50% of the order value may be charged as procurement and handling cost.
6️⃣ Non-Delivery or Customer Unavailability
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, phone unreachable, or customer unavailability, the order will be treated as completed.
• No refund will be issued in such cases.
7️⃣ Quality Issues / Damaged Items
• If you receive damaged or spoiled fruits, inform us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• Eligible items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
8️⃣ Refund Timeline
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
